Sisterlocks in North Palm Beach
Sisterlocks are tiny, precisely parted locs that move like loose hair, installed and maintained by a specialist. I install, retighten and style Sisterlocks one on one in my suite, and I teach you how to care for them between visits.

How it works
-
Consultation
We look at your hair together, talk through your history and lifestyle, and map the grid and loc size that suit your density and texture.
-
Installation
Your Sisterlocks go in over long, careful sessions, each loc created one at a time with the Sisterlocks tool and pattern.
-
Retightening rhythm
You return every four to six weeks at first while your locs settle, and I set the schedule that keeps your grid clean as they mature.
Good questions
Sisterlocks questions, answered
Sisterlocks are a natural hair care system built on very small, precisely parted locs, installed with a patented tool and a grid pattern matched to your hair. Because the locs are tiny, they move like loose hair and can be styled in most of the ways loose natural hair can, from curls and braids to updos.
Sisterlocks are installed over a series of long sessions because hundreds of small locs are created one at a time, each one sized for your hair's density and texture. Before installation day we meet for a consultation, talk through your hair history and lifestyle, and map out your grid and your retightening schedule.
Most clients return for retightening every four to six weeks, especially in the first year while the locs settle and mature. Keeping that rhythm protects the grid, keeps each loc at a healthy size, and stops slippage. I will set your personal schedule at your consultation based on how fast your hair grows.
Yes, that versatility is the point of the system. Once your locs have settled you can wear them curled, braided, twisted or swept up, and they swing and move much like loose hair. Early on I will show you which styles are safe while the locs are still locking, so you never strain a young loc.
